after the ambulance dropped my friend at the hospitail along with me after i phoned 999 we were greeted by a nurse straight away but then a slight down fall was waiting for the practioner nurse which took 3 hours then with in a nother hour we were out but the staff we mainly friendly some wont but on the whole they were really suportive and the hospitail was clean but not very tidy though the walk to the waiting room washing was everywere there were lots if people in the waiting room and lots of beds not in use as they had not benn stripped fast anoth

Chloe thank you for taking the time to feedback on your experience of our minor injury/ illness service. I am glad that you were seen and treated within 4 hours. QEQM has been particularly busy over the last few weeks and so I am sorry that you had to wait 3 hours to see a nurse practitioner. Staff aim to see people more quickly, however at peak times it can be a challenge.

I will feedback to staff that you found some parts of the department untidy. Again I have a feeling that it may have related to the numbers of people been seen at the time.

I hope you are fully recovered.
