I cannot express how comfortable I was made to feel from being made welcome when arriving early in the waiting room for my 9 am appointment to the moment I was escorted out of the main doors by one special staff member who I felt went above and beyond her duty to look after me.

I foolishly made a visit without a friend for support and luckily for me she was there to help me. She organised my next appointment, took me to the MRI scan unit and to get my blood tests done and finally saw me out the door with a hug.

I hope she knows how much easier she made those few hours for me and how much I appreciate her and the rest of the neurology department.
