I went for a copolscopy at the hospital after a borderline smear test result. I was very nervous but all the staff involved were very highly professional and very reassuring. Their friendly, open manner really helped to put me at ease. The procedure was explained and I was able to ask questions. They respected my dignity at all times and I even got a cup of tea afterwards. I can't praise them enough- thank you so much. This is how the NHS should be!
