About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford)

(as a relative),

My wife attended for a 9am appointment in general surgery, was prepped for the operation, and after two hours waiting was told that the surgeon was not qualified to perform the operation.

What a waste of time and resources. Third bad experience with this hospital.
