My husband was admitted to trauma unit with a badly broken leg, broken ribs and sternum and from the minute he arrived in the unit the overall care was excellent, with clear explanation of treatments necessary:: a very professional , friendly care from all involved: Post operation it was admirable how the staff managed to give such great individual care in such a busy unit: Any worries and queries were dealt with great kind professionalism: At the subsequent follow up outpatients clinic :the professionalism and care from all staff was again excellent::

Thank you for posting comments about your husband’s treatment in the trauma unit at the John Radcliffe and we hope he continues to progress well. We are aware that being in hospital can be a daunting experience and we continually work hard on improving the patient experience. As a Trust, our patients are at the heart of everything we do and it is always reassuring to hear that our staff are epitomising our values of ‘delivering compassion excellence’ in such a strong and positive manner.
