(as the patient),

Recently, I had to spend a month in East Surrey’s high dependency units – both Brockham and Buckland. The care I had was wonderful and the skill of the staff was excellent. Everybody, from the lady with the mop to the consultant – they were all fantastic!

They are clearly all so busy, but they still make time for you. I can’t speak highly enough of everyone there.

One silly thing… All the trolley wheels are really squeaky, which can be disruptive when you’re trying to rest. As I say, just a silly thing really.

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback on the care that you experienced in the units. I am very pleased that you were delighted with everyone that you came into contact with.

I will ensure that your thanks are passed on; with relation to the squeaking trolleys I will pass on your comments to the relevant department - sometimes just a small change can make a huge difference so any feedback big or small is always appreciated and never silly...
