Rang NHS direct for advice over symptoms who advised on Thurs to see my GP and to obtain an appointment either on Friday or, failing that, to get one on the following Monday.
As the surgery is closed on this particular Thurs pm, I accessed their online appointment system.
The earliest I could get an appointment was 7 days later in the early morning. Other appointments are available on the Monday (10 days later).
"Being advised to get a gp appointment within 24 -96 hrs and failing"
