This review should be taken in context of the NHS i.e. my expectations are rock bottom, if it was a private hospital I'd want my money back. The reception staff were likeable and efficient, they gave me a reasonable estimate of waiting time. Once I saw the doctor she seemed reassuringly experienced and was a good communicator. Unfortunately my GP had sent me there in error so my time and the A&E department's time was wasted. The major downside was that the waiting area is far too small so I stood for over two hours, which didn't bother me too much because I was fortunate enough to be capable of standing. Also, except for the doctor who called me, it seems that the other doctors are shy and could not seem to bring themselves to shout the next person's name loudly or clearly, which seemed to waste quite a bit of time in total and seems childish.
"Not as bad as I thought it might be"
