(as a service user),

I purchased two watches and then needed to return one of them, but the place I had purchased them from wouldn't allow this.

I was really greatful that my support worker from ASC became involved, she sent a letter and ultimately and helped me obtain a refund for the item I needed to return.

So thankyou very much.
