"Excellent care at A&E"

About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford) / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I had an accident whilst on holiday in Kent.

I went to the A&E Department at William Harvey Hospital in Ashford where I quickly learned that I had fractured bones in my wrist. The service I received throughout was excellent.

I am not resident in the area but the book-in process was efficient, I was seen in triage very quickly and then referred to X Ray and subsequently back to A& E for a temporary plaster cast.

All the staff were great but particular thanks to Priscilla Hext and Cazz Alder whose professional, efficient but friendly attitude made what was a difficult experience so much more comfortable.

Well done and thank you.
