The staff at RDGH are well trained and highly professional nurses. We work tirelessly to deliver the best possible patient care, whilst under great stress and pressure, which in most cases is well concealed from the patients.

Because of our commitment to our patients, we always put their needs high above our own.

I can speak for all the Nursing staff at RDGH, we are committed to our jobs, we are committed to delivering the highest standards of patient care possible, and the privacy and dignity of the patients in our care is of the highest importance.
