I had an appointment for a full day to undertake an Hydrocotisone Day Curve Analysis on 7th march 2013. Basically this was to take 5 blood tests periodically through the day.

The Sister running the Medical Day Unit was operating the unit by herself as her colleague was away sick. She worked so hard during the day coping well with all eventualities. All the patients were welcomed warmly and with respect, offered comfortable seating and refreshments as required. She took it upon herself to ensure all the procedures required were undertaken as soon as possible.

She worked incredible hard all day and it was appreciated by all the patients that flowed through the unit. She kept a happy disposition, well mannered and very pleasant.

When one hears all the negative press about the NHS generally it is real pleasure to able to report excellence by somebody so dedicated and experienced in her role.
