Anything else?
I can't fail the care I received or the staff who were brilliant. However as an NHS Choices patient; I couldnt believe that the bed I had was those phased out by the NHS years ago. No buttons to adjust headrest etc and not as comfortable. had to be pumped up and down. My friend who had same procedure done privately had a lovely modern bed.
