I visited the hospital 6 weeks ago and was told that following a scan I would see a different consultant within 3-4 weeks, 6 weeks later I have had the scan and have no appointment to see a consultant. I have been trying to ring all week but it just rings and rings......and rings. Occasionally it is engaged and when you ring 10 seconds later it rings and rings..........and rings! Why is nobody answering calls and why am I still waiting for an appointment to see someone?!

I can confirm that we have had additional phone lines added into the department to ensure all calls are spread between the team and calls/messages are answered promptly.

It would be helpful to know the number you are calling to ensure that it is the correct one for your enquiry.
