i was reffered to this nightmare clinic. i was waiting 3 months (originallu i was scheduled 1 month later, but i complainted) for laparoscopy where on the hospital website they are saying the 90% procedures are done within 1 month. then i was waiting 7 weeks for follow up. when they finally agreed to refer me for ivf procedure then they advised me they forgot to do give me refferal letter to do hormons test, so i had to wait another 3 weeks to do it,. i had to chase them for results. when finally all was done i was told the papers will be sent as all is done, only to find out 4 days later that my husband tests were mixed up and this needs to be redone. I was also told that i need to do another test becuse it wasnt done on my first visit, again somebody forgot to check that. apart from causing stress and already month of delays they risking my life and their delays cause that i might face another surgery. do not go there as there are bunch of people, who dont care and they dont know what they are doing. plus they lie to you:(
