I was a patient in Day Surgery at the Northern General hospital in Sheffield for the treatment of back pain. The standard of care which I received was good - I was very impressed by the professional and yet friendly service provided by all members of staff in the Surgery.
The only thing that could have been improved was the timeliness of the service, as the waiting times were a little long.
