I misplaced a hearing aid. Visited the Audiology Dept., on Monday afternoon , just popped in no appointment, was given an appointment for this morning and by 10am I was at home again with a replacement hearing aid,
This is the usual high standard that Depts., at QEH always seem able to meet as far as my wife and I are concerned
