Response from Queen Elizabeth Hospital Woolwich

I am very sorry that our facilities are unsuitable for your use. Chairs and lavatories in the trust conform to the normal NHS standards, but these clearly do not meet your specific needs. If you have been referred to Occupational Therapy, this is something you could raise with the healthcare specialists there who should be able to advise of equipment you can use when in hospital or other public utilities. You may also want to speak to our PALs department if you would like to make an official complaint on Tel: 020 8836 4592 Email: pals.qeht@nhs.net
