Excellent caring staff on ward 12, giving ongoing support to my father through his many admissions and providing day support to him over the weekend and holiday period which is essential for him.

You hear press reports about care not being given to the elderly, but that is certainly not the case on this ward. The staff have also supported my mother through these difficult times.

Whilst sorry to hear your father has needed several admissions, we are delighted to hear that our staff successfully delivered the level of care and support he, and your mother, required.
