"out patients visit to xray"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

Anything else?

On arrival asked where xray was from the desk at the front was told with a general wave of the hand over there, that could have anywhere. when I stood looking for a sign was told very rudely "I told you it was over there, through that door". So off I go through the door find the xray went in and again rudely told "not here is it" when I asked where was told well down the corridor. That could have meant anything depends which way you feel is down, didn't dare ask again as probably would have got snapped at so had to go searching, very few signs no-one to ask, eventually come to another door and luckily was the correct one. Moral of the story perhaps some decent signposts and staff who have attended customer care sessions would be a good idea. recommend this place never.
