I was a patient in the Ear Nose and Throat department at the Doncaster Royal Infirmary earlier this month. The standard of care I received was very good - I was most impressed by how quickly I was seen and by how efficiently my examination seemed to have been conducted by the consultant. I do, however, wish that the consultant had taken more time to explain to me exactly what the cause of my problem was.
