"I am very pleased with my GP"

I am very pleased with my GP and the surgery as a whole (Shawbirch Medical Centre, Telford, Dr Brown).

I feel as though I was treated with a lot of respect and Dr Brown took the time to listen and then examine me, I felt as though he treated me as an individual – not just as another patient moaning as I feel most Doctors have made me feel like in the past at previous surgeries.

After my first initial appointment, Dr Brown then rang me on a few occasions to explain blood test results etc, which helped because he knew me and already have examined me previously and I could feel at ease with him.

He is a brilliant doctor and the surgery, all the staff and the way it is run is fantastic. I could not pick out any faults. 10 out of 10 all round.

Nothing needs changing or improving, we are very lucky in my area to receive such a high level of care and professionalism.
