Anything else?
Dear Sir/Madam,
I had an outpatient operation at the Pagham Suite, St Richards Hospital two weeks ago and I just wanted to send my thanks to the whole team!
From start to finish all of the staff were friendly and helpful.
My surgeon has been so helpful from finding out my diagnosis, listening to me, during the procedure, keeping me calm, relaxed and giving me professional advise and follow up care. The Anaesthetist along with her team were really helpful. I am not the easiest patient when it comes to being put under general anaesthetic, I panic alot!! but the doctor and her team talked me through the whole process, took their time and even listened to my random chatter In order to help me go off to sleep calmly. This is something I really appreciated I had so much confidence in all of them and I am so thankful.
Lastly I would like to mention the nurses, my discharge nurse, recovery team and book in nurse it felt like all three of them took an actual interest in me and my recovery!! they all possessed such lovely patient relation skills.
I wanted to send this as I think people are all too quick to complain but very rarely take the time to pay a compliment and I think it’s important that those higher up know just what a fantastic job these people are doing!
The whole team were so professional and friendly it really made it an almost enjoyable experience. It was great to meet such lovely people with genuine care and enthusiasm for their jobs!!
Please could you pass on my thanks.
Pippa
"Thank you to the team"
