I had the unfortunate circumstance of being referred from the out of hours GP Service next door to Stafford A&E on a Saturday night in mid February. In view of recent publications like many I had some trepidation.

But finding out I was quite ill, the prompt attention, treatment and care I received from Dr Nakash (A&E Consultant) and his whole team, and that from Mr Khan and his surgical team along with all of the ward staff on Surgical Annex attached to ward 6 & 7 for my six day stay was first class.

Professional, competent, caring and patient focused was the way I could describe it. My wife who has over 20 years experience as a midwife and ward sister totally agrees.

Would I go back? Yes, most definitely, keep re-building your reputation.
