"Having problems with the complaints process"

About: Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust

(as other),

I have complained regularly since 2006 about Oxford Health and rarely get a response hence why I keep on writing. In August 2011 someone at the trust screamed at me on the phone that they would not deal with any past, present or future complaints which really isn't in their best interests.

I did however email PALS again recently and the following day I received a call from a staff member I had complained about on a number I hadn't given them, wanting to make a meeting within the next four weeks to try to resolve the issues.

Now they say they aim to resolve complaints within 25 days so the meeting would be after that time and they haven't said that they will be able to resolve the complaints.

Also I wrote to the Chief Executive in 2010 or 2011 asking to be able to take photos of the ward they detain me on (I am not a criminal) and they never even acknowledged the letter.

The will not put anything in writing to me and I have complained about every member of staff there.

The current social worker said to me in December 2012 that they didn't mind answering questions in writing and to this day, despite the fact I have chased them, they have not responded.

It is my belief that the organisation also have a habit of not reading correspondence and of deleting correspondence unread. They have also blocked one of my email addresses.
