I was seen recently on the ward at fiarfield because i had a sore throat and the A&E doctor thought i needed to see a specialist urgently. Firtsly i saw a junior doctor who was very kind but she wanted an opinion from her senior who was in the operating theatre. When the more senior resgistrar doctor came from operating he apologised for being in his blue uniform and then examined me carefully and gently with a camera up the nose. He was very polite and explained things for me. I had no idea the throat was so complex. I felt listened to and happy that my problem was being looked at properly. I am wating to be seen in clinic soon. thanks for all my care.
