I was a patient on ward D57 at the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham last month. The A&E at the hospital was overloaded and the staff looked like they were struggling to deal with the numbers of people arriving. Nevertheless, the nursing staff still acted professionally and were very kind and caring towards all of the patients.
Thank you to all staff in A&E and on D57.
