Anything else?
My father was in CDU, he’s 100 years old and he was there for the day.
I could not fault the service. With particular mention to the male nurse on duty who was fantastic.
The ward was full of mainly older people, the patients and kindness showed to them all was exceptional
They took the time to keep us updated on progress, ensured food and drink was taken
At one point my father was very sick and the nurse was wonderful and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
The only bad thing was that for discharge they booked an ambulance, we were advised to wait before getting him dressed, but when the ambulance arrived they said they couldn’t wait for him to get ready, so we had to rush around to get him ready.
This process should be more streamlined as it caused unneeded stress to an otherwise wonderful visit.
"Excellent"
