"Very upset and unsatisfied"

Anything else?

My elderly adopted mother was sent to this hospital from Wycombe hospital where she (and her relatives) were treated with respect and dignity. At the Marlow Community Hospital the head member of staff was rude towards me with no sense of decorum or respect for relatives like me who had travelled a fairly long journey to the hospital. I had only been at the hospital for a few minutes when the head nurse requested I leave and had no ability to understand or have an compassion regarding the situation. She could have easy asked me to wait in the foyer until the patients had their meals, if this is her rules. All in all it was a very unpleasant experience not to mention the hospitals decision to try and dry shave my adopted mother and leaving cuts to the side of her face. I would Not recommend this hospital if you have an elderly relative.
