"my experience of vanguard unit"

I was sent vanguard unit on monday 18thfeb which was a chair around about 18.00hr

I was not offer no drink or food at all change over of staff did not no what they where doing

one doctor come in to see me and try to tell me that i had C.O.P.D but doctor in A.E said

heart problems and then about 11.00pm I ask for a cup tea so around about 11.30 I got a drink and one plain biscuit because staff said there was food left then I was moved to a

couch which was very hard and uncomfortabl out 9.30am saw doctor who said to get differntt test s booked but the only test was on the heart treadmill at about 15.30

and return to vanguard unit to wait for doctor to see results I Said can I go home I could not

wait no longer because staying there was a very bad experience I could not stay another night sleeping in my clothes on that uncomfortable couch or no hot water to have a wash

no food or drink and feeling very cold
