I was admitted to St cross on the 13th Febuary for total hip replacement surgery. From the moment I crossed the threshold all of the staff had that professionalism air about them.

When i say all of the staff that is what I mean all for no one should be left out. Nursing staff, cleaners, food preparation etc. The Chief executive has got the perfect mixture just about right.
