Absolutely appalled by the lack of call back from Day Surgery admissions. Left messages every day and several times a day for two weeks and nobody called back. Waiting for a gall bladder removal which is a non-urgent (to them) op. Waiting list at beginning of November was 18 weeks. Now told it is about 26 weeks.

Have always been pleased with the hospital but am now disgusted, not with the medical staff, but the rude ill-mannered people who cannot be bothered to call back even when their message says they will.

They should be investigated and someone should see what it is exactly that they are doing with their time as it is certainly not the job for which they are paid.
