Anything else?
I was admitted to Queen Marys in January for surgery. I have never attended this hospital and was apprenhensive. However, I found the staff to be extremely caring and considerate. I was re-assurred about the op and felt the care from all teams was very good. I was kept comfortable and given attention whenever I asked for it. I was very satified with the care I recived from Avery Hill ward. The nurses were friendly and helpful.
My only complaint would be the food which was really horrible! but that isn't the fault of the staff at all. Thank goodness for the tea and biscuits
