Response from Anne Bridson, Corporate Matron for Patient Experience, Liverpool Women's NHS Foundation Trust

Thank you for your kind comments, they are much appreciated and I am delighted you had your beautiful baby.

I am disappointed that you thought our food was awful and would be interested if you could give me more details as the Trust has spent a lot of time in trying to get a service that meets the needs of our patients which has included the introduction of ward hostesses who ask patients individually what they would like,if there is nothing they would eat on the menu. Our catering service would appreciate hearing your views.

I can be contacted on anne.bridson@lwh.nhs.uk
