"Poor care on ward 14 at Aintree"

I have had numerous hospital admissions and have always been treated well by the A&E staff at the University Hospital Aintree. But, if one ward can offer such good care, then why can't all wards do the same?

I am an undemanding patient and only ask for a little kindness and civility, but this was not granted to me by the nursing staff on ward 14. By the end of my stay, I was too scared to complain because I have frequent admissions and so don't want to cause any unnecessary problems for myself.

I have been very pleased by my treatment in other wards at the hospital (A&E, Stroke unit) but not so on ward 14.
