Anything else?
A relative of mine has been treated at Barts for several years, first as an inpatient and now as an outpatient. Throughout everything, she has been treated kindly, with dignity and respect. I have no greater praise than for the staff on the ward on which she was treated- after all, she is still with us now, almost 15 years after being given a 50/50 chance of survival. For that, we will all be eternally thankful to the doctors, nurses, healthcare staff, right down to the friendly cleaners and canteen workers.
Most recent outpatient appointment at which I accompanied my relative we found the hospital extremely clean with friendly and efficient staff in the medical outpatients department.
A wonderful example of everything that is so wonderful about our NHS.
"Wonderful experience"
