"Poor communication regarding discharge times at Royal Bolton"

About: Royal Bolton Hospital

(as the patient),

Although the standard of care was good during my stay at the Royal Bolton, I do have one significant complaint. I am annoyed that when I was told I would be leaving at 9.30am, I was not discharged until 5.30pm. Having already arranged transport for the morning, this made matters very difficult for me.

We're pleased that you were happy with the standard of care that you received, but understand how frustrating it must have been to have waited such a long time more than you expected to be discharged.
