Having complained upteen times about the shambolic way my mother was treated in hospital it comes as a shock to recieve a little reply.I am still waiting for the hospital to start their enquiry into her lack of treatment.My complaint was sent in and recieved 100 days ago.

This is appalling.2 of my complaints on here are still ignored even tho they have been here for some considerable time.I have now put the matter in the hands of the chief executive to see if he can be bothered in looking into the disgusting way patients are treated
