I am under several Consultants and I have to say I have no complaints. The waiting time for certain appointments could be shorter; however, I realise staff are stretched.

Yesterday I had a fall and went to A&E, Assessment nurse - excellent. X-ray staff - patronising and not sympathetic at all, even though I was in considerable pain. The waiting area was not at all clean, as some incredibly lazy patients/visitors used the floor as a dustbin. Had to go back to the fracture clinic today, and was seen almost an hour after my appointment, but that's only to be expected in a busy department.
