"called and told to go to A&E"

About: East Surrey Hospital / Accident and emergency NHS 111

(as the patient),

I have received a letter from Harmoni asking for my feedback. I had some blood tests at the surgery in the morning at that evening I received a call from a doctor in his car telling me to go A&E at East Surrey Hospital.

As you can imagine, this was a bit of a shock. My wife and I drove there and we were treated well on arrival. After a couple of hours we were told we could go home. This was 2. 30 am.

All in all a very good service.
