I was not offered a choice of appointment at different hospital. I have given a date and time when I phoned up and was not offered any other dates or times.
But my experience at the cardiology clinic was excellent. I was seen on time and all the tests were carried out to a high standard. I was treated with respect and dignity. All procedures were carried out quickly.
