Barbara Marsland has been my daughter’s physio for the past 6 1/2 years, Barbara has always gone above and beyond her role of physio, attending appointments with me when I have seen other professionals regarding my daughter’s condition. She has always listened to my concerns and acted on them and she has chased up appointments for me if I have had no joy.
Barbara has always made my daughter’s physio sessions fun and something not to dread. She is always so happy to see barbara and I see her as such an asset to my daughter’s life.

Dear Parent
Many thanks for your wonderful feedback on the care your daughter is receiving from our physiotherapist, Barbara Marsland. I genuinely hope that your daughter's health gets better and that we continue to provide an excellent service to your daughter and to all our patients.
We are constantly striving to improve services for our patients and your invaluable feedback, comments and suggestions help us focus on specific areas so that we are able to provide an even better service to our patients. Thank you once again for your kind words about a member of staff, I will make sure that the compliment is shared with Barbara, her Manager and the Physiotherapy team. Please continue to give us your feedback as we believe that only by listening to our patients, service users and their carers, we can make a difference.
