Anything else?
My mother who is 79 years old is recovering from a heart bypass operation which was on the
The 7th of feb 2013.
Today she was told at 12.30pm that she was going home.(to a empty house)
Nobody from the hospital informed myself or my sister that
She was to be discharged,so as I live in london and my sister
Was unable to leave work I had to ask my 90 year uncle to
Drive from his home to be there so as she didn't go home to
An empty house (he lives in Bournemouth a 2hour drive and people
Of that age get themselves in a state)
So imagine my my shock when I ring my mother at 6.30 and again
at 8.00pm she is still sitting there waiting for an ambulance .nobody
Has informed myself or my sister what is going . So at 8.00 pm
I'm going to drive down from london and pick my mother up
And take her home. I phoned the ward at 7.50 and gave someone an
Earful who probably didn't deserve it . So if any of
You administrators or trustee read this I will be going to the press in
The morning. After what happened to the patience at the mid staff
Authority.
Why don't you let people know what's going ( I'd drop the royal if I were you
You don't live up to it)
