About a year/year and a half ago Anne Stuart helped me through an appeal. They said I was fit for work but I wasn't. Anne helped me with the forms and came to Cardiff with me to speak to the Judge.
She was marvellous, encouraging, lovely and warm.
Then in October last year I was put in the work related group and I couldn't cope with going to work each week. I got in touch with Anne again and she helped me fill in all the paper work etc. I was then put in the support group and this was a big relief.
I feel like I can just phone up any time I need help. Anne is the best person I have ever been put in touch with
