Anything else?
I have been coming here for a while due for my diabetes and now maternity ward. Both departments are extremeley helpful, supportive and excellent staff. The diabetes unit has excellent consultants and really look after you. The Maternity ward for diabetes also really look after you and all the staff at both departments are very helpful.
There are two suggestions I would like to have and improve:
1. Car Park- this is a major issue and needs to be addressed. They may need to consider building a multi storey like the QE. Just that everyone is looking for a space and customers are getting really frustrated no wonder their blood pressure rises after hanging round for a space and then late for appointments no matter how early you come. This needs to be sorted soon.
2. Diabetes consultants: Despite they are very nice and helpful at times, waiting to see them takes ages and hours as some people may not work but others do and trying to fit this in whilst work can be hard. They need to make their appointments more faster, less waiting time and more flexability as when you can see them not just on one afternoon a week. maybe those who work encourage sat and sunday appointments for them or late evenings in the week days.
