Overall, the staff and thoroughness of my treatment at the Northern General hospital's Firth ward 5 was very good. I understand that all the staff are very busy and do the best they can. However, there is never enough nursing staff for the amount of patients, so something should really be done about this in order to make the lives of the nurses easier.
