My Mum was admitted hospital and it was a disaster from day one.

Mum had three falls that we were not told about. Mum had taken very ill late at night and I was not informed until the morning. She died shortly afterwards.

The nurses I came into contact with were abrupt and rude and and I feel showed little compassion, apart from one who was excellent.
