"Great improvement but how long will referral take?"

About: Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust

(as the patient),

I had been discharged from services but became unwell a few weeks ago. The crisis team supported me for 2 weeks but they referred me back to a sector consultant and the recovery team. I wonder how long will this take?

I've had a good experience this time round with crisis team from assessment to the end of my 2 weeks - a great improvement.
