About: Derriford Hospital / Nephrology Tamar Referral & Appointments Centre

(as the patient),

My GP referred for me to be seen by Dr Rowe, a renal specialist. This was prompt and as soon as I saw Dr Rowe, he explained the situation regarding my remaining kidney (after having the other removed because of cancer) he put me at ease.

Mr Blighley is my cancer specialist and throughout my appointments with the oncology department I have received first class treatment both by the doctors and nursing staff. The receptionist in this department is always cheerful and helpful.
