I choose to attend Stafford Hospital as they offered the faster appointment service, saw a consultant, was offered day case booking at this appointment, on day of operation i had to be cancelled through no fault of Stafford hospital and was offered a further booking the next week, arrived and was met with courtesy, kindness and understanding.

all of the ward/theatre staff worked within professional boundaries all day, i would certainly go back if the need arose.
